Brian Inkster is the Founder and CEO of Inksters Solicitors and a highly respected Scottish Solicitor and Notary Public. Described as “a one man Scottish legal institution” in the Recommended Law Firm Guide 2010, Brian has built a modern, innovative legal practice that blends tradition with technology, entrepreneurial vision, and deep subject-matter expertise.
Originally from Shetland, Brian maintains strong personal and professional links to the Highlands and Islands while being based in Glasgow since 1991. Under his leadership, Inksters has expanded across Scotland and beyond, with offices in Aberdeen, Dunkeld, Edinburgh, Forfar, Glasgow, Inverness, Lerwick, Linlithgow, London, Portree, Renfrew, St Andrews, Thurso and Wick.
