Description

(Arizona) Vice President of Client Services | 15+ Years in Legal Administration & Support | Driving Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence | Expert in Legal Tech Adoption & Stakeholder Collaboration

"Hello! I’m Taryn, the Vice President of Client Services at Purpose Legal, where I’ve had the pleasure of contributing since 2022. With over 15 years tucked under my belt in the legal administrative and support arena, I’ve found my true calling in weaving together the threads of process improvement, technology adoption, and fostering seamless collaboration both within and outside our organization.

My journey into the legal world has been anything but linear. Before finding my home at Purpose Legal, I had the opportunity to hone my skills at two of the globe's leading AMLAW 100 law firms and even dipped my toes into the innovative waters of a litigation technology software company, which served a plethora of AMLAW 200 firms. These experiences were instrumental in shaping my understanding of the legal landscape and the technological advancements driving it forward.

At the heart of what I do is the belief that open communication is the cornerstone of success. Whether it’s collaborating with our dynamic case teams or engaging in meaningful dialogues with our clients, my goal is to ensure that every project not only crosses the finish line but does so with efficiency and excellence. It’s about creating a strategic roadmap that not only addresses today’s challenges but also anticipates tomorrow’s opportunities, leveraging the best of people, processes, and technology.

Beyond my professional life, I’m an active member of Women in eDiscovery and the National Association for Legal Professionals, communities that inspire me to grow and contribute to the evolving field of legal tech and operations.

I’m continually looking for ways to expand my knowledge and impact in this space. When I’m not strategizing our next big move at Purpose Legal, you can find me exploring the latest in legal tech innovations, mentoring up-and-coming professionals in our field, or simply enjoying a good book on leadership and management. It’s this blend of professional pursuit and personal growth that keeps me energized and excited for what each new day brings.

Let’s connect! Whether you’re curious about the transformations in legal operations, looking for insights on technology adoption in legal services, or simply want to share ideas, I’m all ears. Together, let’s shape a future where legal operations not only support but also drive strategic success."
