I help technology companies make strategic decisions that maximise growth and their value. I have deep interest in exploring how the law applies to novel and valuable technologies, having particular expertise in technology contracts, data privacy and intellectual property.

My experience includes advising on IT outsourcing and procurement arrangements, technology transformation projects, cloud computing and as-a-service delivery models, data related issues (including privacy and cybersecurity), and licensing and commercialisation of intellectual property.

Prior to re-joining HGM in 2022, I served at a firm that focusses on supporting early stage and growth technology companies with their growth and capital raising activities. I also worked on the client side in the UK as a Technology and Innovation Counsel at Tesco where I supported strategic technology projects and initiatives, including business critical technology deals and trials involving cutting edge, disruptive technologies.
