Sergio’s illustrious legal career began in Scotland, where he originally qualified in 2005 after studying at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He then expanded his qualifications by being admitted to the roll in England and Wales in 2009. His early career saw him working with Burness Paull LLP and Dickson Minto, specialising in corporate finance. His journey then led him to the City, where he honed his skills with a prestigious US law firm. Sergio’s extensive background encompasses public and private M&A and general Commercial Advisory work, making him a versatile and knowledgeable asset to our team.
