Daniel Wise is a dual-qualified barrister and solicitor specialising exclusively in employment law. He advises both employers and employees across all market sectors on disputes, risk management, and compliance. Daniel is Senior Partner and the firm’s Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory matters[3].
Having qualified in 2000, Daniel practised at Speechly Bircham[4] before becoming a partner at international firm K&L Gates in 2008[5]. He later served as an equity partner at Fladgate[6]. He founded Osborne & Wise to deliver partner-led, commercially focused employment law advice with flexible fee options[7].
Daniel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association[8] and writes regularly for national publications, including The Times[9]. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the international charity Theodora Children’s Trust[10].
