Randall M. Kessler is one of America’s most respected and recognizable family law attorneys, with over 35 years of experience representing clients in complex and high-profile divorce, custody, and domestic relations cases. He is the Founding Partner of Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, a leading 30-person family law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, known nationwide for excellence in family litigation, mediation, and high-stakes negotiations.
Since founding the firm in 1991, Randall has been at the forefront of family law in the United States—representing judges, politicians, professional athletes, entertainers, and high-net-worth individuals. His deep understanding of both domestic and international family law issues makes him a sought-after authority for complex cases and media commentary.
Experience and Leadership
Randall is a past Chair of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association (ABA), the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association — a rare triple distinction. He has also served as Editor Emeritus of the Family Law Review for the State Bar of Georgia and as a Judge Pro Hac in DeKalb County Recorder’s Court since 2000.
He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law, where he teaches Family Law Litigation, and previously taught Family Law at John Marshall Law School from 2005 to 2019.
