Pauline Ward is a Senior Associate Solicitor based in Glasgow, with over two decades of experience in advocacy, litigation and dispute resolution. Since beginning her legal career in 2001, Pauline has built a reputation as a confident courtroom lawyer who combines strong technical knowledge with a supportive, client-focused approach.

Pauline advises across a wide range of family and civil law matters. Her practice includes family and child law, divorce and financial provision, adoption, guardianship, landlord and tenant disputes, housing law, commercial litigation, consumer law, personal injury and contractual disputes.

She appears regularly in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and in the First Tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber). Pauline also has experience conducting appeals in the Sheriff Appeal Court and the Court of Session.
