"As Head of Operations at Lloyd & Mousilli, Megan collaborates with senior leadership to develop effective strategies. She oversees the development and implementation of best practices and policies for the firm in areas including accounting, client development and retention, human resources, and information systems, among others that correlate with agreed-upon strategies. Megan reports directly to Managing Partner, Feras Mousilli.
Megan was promoted to Head of Operations at Lloyd & Mousilli in 2022. Before this, she served as the firm's Senior Paralegal over transactional and intellectual property matters.
Megan provides fractional law firm operations to develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline law firm efficiency and profitability including sales and marketing, finance, and the provision of legal services to other law firms.
Megan graduated from Lone Star College – North Harris with an Associate of Sciences in Paralegal Studies. She is on the CLE Committee of the Houston Metropolitan Paralegal Association's Board of Directors."
