“Beginning as what I believe is the first American lawyer in a Russia-based law firm in post-Soviet times, I have three decades of experience representing clients going into and coming out of Russia and the FSU in deals and litigation. After almost two decades in Moscow and London, I am now back in the USA where I continue to represent clients from within and outside the FSU. I try to provide my clients with a practical, nuanced, and creative problem-solving approach.”
