I am an experienced multi-jurisdictional commercial lawyer and my practice covers a wide variety of commercial contract and advisory work including loan and security arrangements, the manufacturing, supply and distribution of goods, services agreements and business structuring.

I am a specialist on the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) and provide accurate and timely advice to my clients in this complex area of law. In addition to advising clients on PPSA matters, I have written a book and several academic articles on the PPSA and have provided education and training to other legal professionals.

I have an unparalleled background working with the PPSA having gained extensive experience advising on PPSA matters while practicing in Canada and New Zealand, the jurisdictions upon whose legislation Australia's PPSA is modelled.
