Lesley Rendall is an experienced Legal Secretary within the Family Law team at Jones Whyte. Based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, she plays an important role in supporting both clients and solicitors, helping to ensure family law matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

With more than 21 years of family law secretarial experience, Lesley has developed an in-depth understanding of the legal processes surrounding divorce, separation, child law and family court proceedings. She is often one of the first points of contact for clients and is known for her approachable manner and reassuring support.

Before joining Jones Whyte in 2024, Lesley built a broad legal background across several areas of practice. She worked as a Legal Secretary with Shelter Scotland’s Housing Law department and also within the NHS Central Legal Office, supporting medical negligence claims.

This varied experience has given her a strong understanding of complex legal processes and further strengthened her ability to support clients with professionalism, discretion and efficiency.
