About Kyle Bachus

Kyle Bachus is a nationally recognized personal injury attorney and co-founder of Bachus & Schanker, LLC, one of Colorado’s largest and most respected plaintiff firms. For nearly three decades, Kyle has devoted his career to representing victims of catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability, and defective drugs and devices. From the very beginning of his legal journey—arguing before a mock state supreme court at just 17 years old—Kyle has shown the determination and skill that now define his practice.

He also testified against insurance industry-backed Bill 182, standing up for consumer rights statewide.
