Kenneth Szeto is a Partner in the Toronto Corporate group with more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and technology-driven transactions. He works with domestic and international businesses across highly regulated and fast-moving sectors, delivering practical, business-led legal advice.
What He Does
Kenneth advises on asset and share purchase agreements, public and private mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and capital markets matters. His practice also includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial, vendor and service agreements, as well as IT and intellectual property agreements.
In addition, Kenneth regularly advises on corporate governance, privacy, data protection and regulatory compliance, helping organisations manage risk while supporting growth and innovation.

Kenneth has advised companies operating across pharmaceuticals, clean technology, finance, life sciences, technology, logistics and distribution, and e-commerce. He brings a distinctive in-house perspective, having previously served as General Counsel at two software companies, as well as experience gained while working at an international law firm in New York.
