A native Bostonian from Framingham, Jason graduated from The Rivers School before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration at Emory University in Atlanta. He began his career in the financial industry in San Francisco before returning to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated with honors. Jason launched his legal career as a trial attorney in New York City and was admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York. In 2002, he returned to Boston and, by 2004, founded Jason Stone Injury Lawyers.
