“As an e-discovery professional providing Managed Review Services and Project Management, Esther has worked with various AmLaw top 50 law firms as well as numerous Fortune 500 companies.
I work closely with the case teams on standard best practices within the industry, as well as firm-focused methods surrounding the handling of client data regarding review and production. I maintain an open form of communication and correspondence with the case team, end client, and project management teams. In addition, I provide hands-on litigation technology support, including workflow creation, troubleshooting the case team’s litigation support requests, managing contract attorneys hired for review, and providing custom support and solutions around end-user workspaces.
As part of managing live active reviews, I am also adept at the management of Personal Identifying Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI), including information governance, security, platform management, and required legal, regulatory, and Federal mandates.
