Diana McLeish is a Business Development Manager at leading Scottish law firm BTO. With more than 14 years’ experience across events, marketing and business development, Diana plays a key role in helping the firm build strong relationships, expand its profile and create meaningful connections across the legal and business communities.

What She Does

Diana works closely with partners and senior colleagues to support strategic business development initiatives, client engagement and relationship building. She is known for her proactive, hands-on approach and her ability to bring people together in ways that create long-term value for both clients and the firm.

Her background includes senior events and marketing roles at a global law firm in London, followed by 11 years helping to run a multi award-winning, boutique, family-led firm after relocating to Scotland.

She joined BTO in August 2024 following the birth of her third son and now works part-time from the firm’s Glasgow office, bringing energy, insight and fresh ideas to this new chapter.

Diana is an active member of the firm’s Charity & Social Committee, BTO Cares, and regularly challenges herself to fundraise for causes close to her heart.

She recently completed the Glasgow Kiltwalk and successfully climbed the Three National Peaks in 24 hours, raising over £5,000 for Glasgow Children’s Hospital. Her commitment to kindness, inclusion and community impact reflects the wider values she brings to her professional role.
