I guide the company in creating state-of-the-art compliance solutions that keep pace with the changing legal and regulatory landscape for SMS marketing solutions. I proactively monitor and engage in policy-making efforts on the state and federal levels to address issues that impact Postscript and the larger e-commerce ecosystem. When disputes arise, I guide the company in evaluating options and work closely with outside counsel to litigate those disputes.”
