I’m Colin — legal tech educator, writer, and advocate. I’m here to help you navigate the fascinating intersection of technology and law, exploring the transformative world of legal innovation.
I continue to work as hard as I can to expand and to support the legal tech ecosystem. I authored The Legal Tech Ecosystem, a go-to guide on legal tech basics, co-wrote CLM for Dummies, and edited the Handbook of Legal Tech. Alongside countless articles, I’ve been featured on numerous podcasts and led webinars, each aimed at demystifying tech’s role in the legal world.
My mission? To empower the legal tech community and bring the broader legal industry closer to the incredible potential of technology. I’m passionate about change, innovation, and the ways we can harness tech to elevate the legal profession.
As Director of Legal and Evangelist for Malbek, a leader in Contract Lifecycle Management, I stay at the cutting edge of legal tech trends. I also serve as an advisor to startups and invest in emerging tech, constantly seeking ways to push the industry forward.
