About Charles E. Gluckstein

Charles Gluckstein, Managing Partner of Gluckstein Lawyers, is one of Canada’s foremost personal injury lawyers. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1999, Charles devotes his practice to catastrophic injury claims, including birth trauma, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, pediatric injury, occupiers’ liability, product liability, disability law, and wrongful death. As successor to his father Bernard, who founded the practice in 1962, Charles has guided the firm into becoming a national leader in personal injury law.
