Arlette began her family law career while still in law school, working as a law clerk at Cindy Allen and Associates, PLLC in Norman, Oklahoma. After earning her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010, she continued with the firm as an associate attorney, gaining early experience in litigation, mediation, and client counseling.

Following her relocation to California in 2011, Arlette practiced at a respected San Jose family law firm before co-founding Argyris Mah, LLP with her law partner and friend. Her experience in both Oklahoma and California gives her a unique, well-rounded perspective on family law, and her calm, thorough approach helps clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
