André-Alexis Ureel, Legal Project Manager
Description
As part of Norton Rose Fulbright's Legal Project Management team, I help lawyers in setting up and managing the delivery of their transactions, as well as providing strategic input at a client level.
I am currently completing a program in Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence and strengthening my coding skills in Python. Knowledge in C and SQL. One of my goals is to become a bridge between Law and Technology.
LL.M. graduate in International Business Law in Singapore (Cum Laude & Highest Grade Point Average), I already completed a Master in Economic and Social Law in Belgium. Over the course of these two degrees, I could develop and sharpen my legal instincts, as well as my analytical skills.
I decided to focus on Legal Project Management partly because of the entrepreneurial mindset that I started to cultivate in high school. Along with my team we secured "Belgium's 2012 Mini-Company of the year" award during the Mini-Companies contest for young entrepreneurs.
This enthusiasm towards entrepreneurship was further developed through being a Mini-Companies Adviser for four years and by participating in different projects and initiatives at university, such as organising events and presiding over the Alumni Association of Sorbonne-Assas International Law School.
