Alison Barrett is a Principal Lawyer with Maurice Blackburn, leading the Gold Coast Road Accident, Workplace Injury and Public Injury team while also overseeing offices across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Admitted as a solicitor in 2006, Alison has more than 15 years’ experience representing clients in personal injury claims and is a Queensland Law Society accredited specialist in personal injury law.

A Gold Coast local, Alison combines her legal expertise with a background in psychology, giving her a unique understanding of her clients’ needs. She is known for her strong litigation skills, strategic negotiation, and for securing results that make a genuine difference to the lives of her clients and their families. Alison’s progression to Principal in 2014, and her leadership in complex litigation and injury law, reflect both her legal skill and her commitment to access to justice.
