Aaron Pearson is a Partner & Solicitor at Three Graces Legal and serves as the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). He specialises in commercial litigation, data protection, GDPR, and commercial debt recovery.

With Daniel Johnson, Aaron helped build Three Graces Legal from the ground up, developing the firm’s entire infrastructure, compliance systems, governance frameworks and operational processes. His strategic insight and ability to identify growth opportunities—particularly in data protection and cyber security insurance—have played a key role in the firm’s success and ongoing sustainability.

Over the past four years, Aaron has expanded his practice into data protection and cyber security, developing academic-level insight into GDPR, threat management and compliance best practice. As COLP, he embeds this expertise into the firm’s governance structures and assists other professional services businesses with their own compliance and data protection needs.

Personal

Aaron is a married dad of two, a member of three gyms (with far less time to attend than he’d like), and a devoted — sometimes long-suffering — Leeds United fan. He enjoys political debate and has a keen interest in modern European and political history.
